Payment Options
Thank you for choosing North Davidson Veterinary Hospital. Our mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pets! An important part of our mission is making the cost of essential care as manageable for our clients as possible.
You can choose from any of the following payment options:
- Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover Card®. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. ID is required with all checks.
- Debit Card
Additional Policies
- Please be advised that payment is due at the time services are rendered.
- Complete the North Davidson Veterinary Hospital Policy Contract.
- North Davidson Veterinary Hospital charges $36.00 for returned checks.
- There is a $75.00 charge for no shows or late cancellations for surgery. A late cancellation is a surgery appointment that is cancelling inside forty-eight hours of the scheduled surgery appointment time.
- There is a $60.00 charge for no shows or late cancellations for appointments. A late cancellation is an appointment that is cancelling inside twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment time.
